Gold Plan – Terms of Service Agreement NEXA REFERRALS Gold PlanService Agreement Real Estate Lead Generation & Referral Services AGREEMENT DATE SELECTED PLAN Gold TOP SELLING PLAN $1800 USD One-Time · 365 Days Setup REFERRAL FEE 10% INTRODUCTIONS 30 Qualified COUNTY COVERAGE Up to 10 Service Agreement This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on , by and between Nexa Referrals (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and ________________________________, a licensed real estate Broker/Agent (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions governing the Client's selected Gold Plan. 01 Selected Service Plan The Client has selected the Gold Plan provided by Nexa Referrals. The Gold Plan has a one-time service price of $1,800 USD and includes a 365-day setup/service period as described in this Agreement. 02 Payment Terms ONE-TIME SERVICE FEE $1,800 USD SERVICE PERIOD 365 Days The Client agrees to pay the one-time Gold Plan service fee of $1,800 USD in accordance with the applicable payment process provided by Nexa Referrals. The Gold Plan is structured as a one-time service arrangement with a 365-day setup/service period. 03 Lead & Referral Services Under the Gold Plan, Nexa Referrals will provide the Client with 30 qualified, pre-screened introductions during the applicable service period. Introductions may include prospective buyers and/or sellers based on the services and coverage selected by the Client. The Gold Plan provides coverage across up to 10 counties. 04 Referral Fee 10% Referral Fee Applicable to the agreed referral/service arrangement described by the Gold Plan. The Client agrees to the applicable 10% referral fee associated with transactions resulting from qualifying leads or referrals provided through the Gold Plan. 05 Included Gold Plan Services The following services and features are included with the Gold Plan: ✓ 10% Referral Fee ✓ 30 Qualified, Pre-Screened Introductions ✓ Coverage Across Up to 10 Counties ✓ Up to 10 hr/day Support ✓ Priority Based Appointment Scheduling ✓ Call/Lead Recording Where Permitted and With Notice ✓ Advanced Pipeline Tracking ✓ No Hidden Charges ✓ Exclusive Warm Live Transfer ✓ SMS/WhatsApp Support ✓ Monthly Activity Reporting ✓ Dedicated Account Manager 06 Services Not Included The following service is not included in the Gold Plan: × Digital Marketing Services 07 Support & Appointment Scheduling The Gold Plan includes up to 10 hours per day of support together with priority-based appointment scheduling. Support and scheduling services will be provided in accordance with the Client's selected service requirements and the operational procedures of Nexa Referrals. 08 Call & Lead Recording Call and lead recording may be provided where permitted and with proper notice and/or consent where required. The Client acknowledges that recording availability may depend on applicable legal and operational requirements. 09 Advanced Pipeline Tracking Advanced pipeline tracking is included with the Gold Plan to assist with organizing, monitoring, and managing the progress of leads and referrals provided through the service. 10 Warm Live Transfers The Gold Plan includes Exclusive Warm Live Transfers as part of the selected service package. Availability and delivery of transfers are subject to the applicable lead, prospect, operational, and service criteria. 11 SMS & WhatsApp Support SMS and WhatsApp support is included as part of the Gold Plan to facilitate communication relating to the applicable services and lead/referral activity. 12 Monthly Activity Reporting Monthly activity reporting is included with the Gold Plan. Reports may provide information relating to the applicable service and lead/referral activity. 13 Dedicated Account Manager The Gold Plan includes a Dedicated Account Manager to assist the Client with service communication and account-related coordination. 14 Lead Qualification & Transaction Disclaimer Qualified and pre-screened introductions are provided based on the applicable qualification criteria available to Nexa Referrals at the time of delivery. A lead or introduction does not guarantee a completed transaction, sale, purchase, or commission. 15 Agreement Term The Gold Plan is associated with a 365-day setup/service period beginning according to the applicable start date established between Nexa Referrals and the Client. 16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Client’s jurisdiction, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts therein. 17 Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the selected Gold Plan and supersedes any prior communications, discussions, or agreements relating to the services described herein. Any amendment to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties. 18 Electronic Execution This Agreement may be executed electronically or physically. By signing electronically, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the Gold Plan details and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
